OUR PRODUCTS
PVC is a polymer of vinyl chloride which is derived from natural gas and natural salt in the proportion roughly 35% and 65% respectively. By blending or compounding the PVC resin with a number of specialized additives, PVC finished or semi-finished products are subsequently fabricated by calendaring, extrusion or injection moulding processes.

SUSPENSION RESIN
The molecular weight or 'K' value of the polymer in combination with additives and degree of processing, largely defines the ultimate mechanical performance of the finished product. At Thai Plastic and Chemicals our PVC resin have various K values which enables our products to serve as a raw material across a wide range of PVC finished goods. We continuously work closely with our customers in product development to create new applications of PVC. This joint cooperation includes assistance in manufacturing and, research to fine tuning various physical properties of these new products.

COMPOUNDS
PVC compounds are manufactured by mixing PVC resin with additives (such as plasticisers, stabilizers, modifiers and colourings) to produce formulations with the desired flexibility, rigidity, impact resistance, porosity or finish of the end product. TPC produces a wide range of formulations of PVC compounds to meet a range of product applications, such as pipes, cable sheathing, bottles and packaging applications.
